Processing Time
All orders are processed by hand. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship all orders using trusted carriers, including:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Federal Express (FedEx)--by request only
Shipping method is selected based on the most efficient and reliable option for your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- USPS: 2–5 business days
- UPS: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking & Delays
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Island Joy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses, Lost or Damaged Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
